What to know before you make a return
Victoria's Secret give you 30 days to return items, which begins on the shipment date for online orders and the purchase date for in-store purchases. Sale, clearance, and gift items are covered under the return policy. Online returns are free when you use the return label they provide.
The following conditions apply to all returns:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Gift cards and items with removed garment tags cannot be returned
Any free item, coupon, discount, or promotion that you received at the time of purchase will be prorated and reduced from your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment in the amount you paid. Original shipping and handling charges won't be refunded.
Online returns are processed within 14 business days for online returns. It takes an additional three to five business days for refunds to be issued. If items are returned after 30 days, you'll receive a merchandise card for credit.

With VS and PINK Rewards, members earn 5 points for every $1 spent. Every 2000 points converts to a $10 reward, giving you 2.5% back. You can also earn bonus points for completing actions like writing product reviews and setting up an account.
The rewards program is free to join, and there are three tiers, each with increasing perks:

How to join
Create a Victoria's Secret account online, in the app, or in-store at checkout. During setup, opt in to VS Rewards emails and enter your name, email address, and date of birth. Once account registration is complete, you are automatically enrolled in the rewards program.
The Victoria's Secret store card vs credit card
Victoria's Secret has two credit card options. There is a store card, usable only at VS and PINK, and a Mastercard that can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted. All new credit card holders are automatically upgraded to Silver status, so the member tier does not apply to credit card holders.
As a cardmember, you will receive $25 off your first purchase and earn 10 points per $1 spent at Victoria's Secret. That is two times faster than the rewards program.
Silver tier (spend $300 or more per year):
Silver members earn 10 points per $1 spent and 30 points per $1 spent on bras. Other benefits include a $10 birthday reward, 15% off an anniversary gift, free shipping on orders over $50, and a double points day twice a year.
Gold tier (spend $750 or more per year):
Gold members earn 15 points per $1 spent and 45 points per $1 spent on bras. Additional benefits include a $15 birthday reward, 20% off an anniversary gift, free shipping on orders over $25, two double points days per year, and a "Pick Your Perk" once a year.
Mastercard additional benefits
With the Mastercard, you earn four points per $1 spent on dining, travel, and streaming, and two points per $1 spent everywhere else. You also get a $30 bonus reward when you spend $500+ outside Victoria's Secret within 90 days of opening your account.
The cost of carrying a balance
The interest rate on this card is 35.99%. So, carrying a balance from month to month will add up quickly and cancel out any rewards you earn. A late payment can trigger a penalty. This card is a good option when you pay your full balance each month.
Who the credit card may work for
The store card is a good option if you only want to use a credit card while shopping at Victoria's Secret. The Mastercard makes more sense if you also want to earn points on everyday spending like dining, travel, and streaming.
How to redeem a code on your order
Redeeming a code takes only a few steps. To apply, here is what you need to do:
