Get to know the return policy
Neiman Marcus accepts free in-store returns or by mail for a $9.95 fee within 30 days. Items must be unworn and saleable, with the original tags and packaging. CHANEL handbags, accessories, apparel, and shoes need to be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Items can be returned by mail, but there’s a $9.95 return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund. Mail returns must be dropped off at any authorized FedEx location, including Walgreens and Staples stores.
We checked the return policy in September 2026, and recommend that you return items in-store if there is a Neiman Marcus location near you. You will have to pay the $9.95 fee if there are no locations in your area, and you still want to return your items.

Neiman Marcus offers a 10-day price adjustment window. The item must be identical in color, size, and style. You will also need to show proof of purchase, and the difference will be refunded to the original form of payment. Neiman Marcus does not match competitors' pricing.
For example, if the handbag you purchased was on sale for $500 and dropped to $400 within the 10-day window, you will receive a $100 refund. Contact the customer service team within 10 days via live chat, phone, or email.

With the Neiman Marcus InCircle Rewards credit card, you will earn two InCircle Points per $1 spent. A $100 Point Card will be sent to you automatically when you earn 10,000 points. There is no brand exclusion on the points cards; they work on anything.
When you open the credit card, you will earn 5,000 bonus points for purchasing within 30 days. This gets you halfway to a $100 Point Card on your first purchase.
