Home appliances have a 15% collection and restocking fee for returns not related to damage or defect
Galaxy Flip & Fold phones, tablets, watches, buds, and headsets have a 5% restocking fee
A and S series mobile phones are exempt from the 5% restocking fee
Shipping, installation, and other service fees are non-refundable. If your order included a free promotional item, you'll need to return it along with the main product to receive a full refund. Any missing promotional items will be deducted from your refund total.
