If there is anything about your order that you're not satisfied with, contact Shutterfly immediately. Their customer service team will review your case and reach out about next steps to correct your issue. Errors made from Shutterfly will be fully covered and refunded. Returns made for reasons other than a Shutterfly error may receive store credit instead of a refund. This is the same for returns made over 60 days after your order date. These orders are also subject to a 50% restocking fee. To get started with a return, call (877) 846-5515. Business hours are 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. PST on weekdays and 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST on weekends.
How to get free shipping
Shutterfly runs free shipping promo codes. We track Shutterfly marketing emails, and they roll out twice a month, once at the beginning and once towards the middle or end. The minimum spend threshold varies. We've had codes with a minimum spend amount of $50, $89, and $99. Shutterfly also has free shipping promo codes with no minimum spend. These are active for a short period of time every few months. Whereas an offer with an $89 minimum will be active for weeks, a free shipping promo code that applies to any order is only active for a day.
For last-minute print projects, Shutterfly offers One-Hour Print Pickup at CVS or Walgreens. When you add your order to your cart, you'll see whether your items are available for free pickup under the Promos section. Large orders (100+ prints) are not available for 1-hour pickup and may take up to 24 hours. You cannot use promo codes on pickup orders, but you won't have to worry about shipping costs.
How to apply your Shutterfly promo code

How to use the newsletter bonus for an extra discount
Enter your email address in the newsletter signup box when it appears, and you'll receive the 15% off welcome coupon as usual. However, when you're prompted to enter your phone number to increase your discount, ignore and close out of this. Continue browsing on Shutterfly's site for your desired items. When we tested this, we were browsing wedding invitations and were met with another popup. It offered us 40% off all wedding items if we entered our phone number. Now is the time to enter your number. You'll receive a text and that 40% off coupon in your inbox.
We recommend using that 40% off coupon right away and saving the 15% off coupon for another sale. The 40% off coupon can't be stacked with another discount, but the 15% off coupon can. In this case, we were able to combine the coupon with an existing 40% off sale on the site.
