Aerie’s 14-day price adjustment policy
We verified Aerie's price adjustment policy in June 2026, and they offer a one-time price adjustment on each full-priced item within 14 days of your in-store or online purchase. If a pair of leggings that you paid $40 for drops to $20, you will get a $20 refund.
You will need to show proof of purchase, whether it's bringing a receipt in-store or giving an order number for an online order. If you use a coupon code (excluding $5 Real Rewards), you can’t receive a price adjustment. To get your price adjustment, visit an Aerie store near you or contact customer service. Save your receipt and check prices within 14 days to claim your refund.
How to get free shipping at Aerie
Aerie offers free shipping on all orders of $75 or more; for orders under $75, there is a $7.95 flat rate shipping fee. Two-day shipping costs $15, and overnight shipping is $25.
Real Rewards Level One: free shipping when you spend $75+
Real Rewards Level Two: free shipping on $50+ purchases
Real Rewards Level Three: free shipping on $25+ order

Everything you need to know about Aerie’s return policy
Aerie has a 30-day return policy from the purchase date for a full refund, or 60 days for a merchandise credit. Online orders get an extra seven days to make a return. Head in-store for free returns and exchanges.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags attached and hygienic liners in place for swimsuits and underwear. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
In-store returns
In-store and online purchases can be returned or exchanged at any AE, Aerie, Offline, or AE Factory store for free.
Choose your refund method:
Exchange your item for any item of equal or lesser value. If you don't have proof of purchase, you can exchange your item for a different size.
A full refund to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Proof of purchase is required, such as a receipt, invoice, order history page, or order email.
Merchandise credit in the form of an AEO Merchandise return card.
Online returns
Use the online portal to print a shipping label or get a digital label to scan at USPS. Online returns are $5, or free for Real Rewards Level 3 Members and Credit Cardmembers, as well as for Aerie bras, bralettes, swimsuits, and third-party footwear. In-store purchases cannot be returned online and must be returned in-store.

If you’re shipping an online order back, allow up to 2-4 weeks for your items to be received and for a refund to be issued. Your refund should be available in your account 5-7 business days after it is issued.
