Smart ways to handle a Shop Simon return
You've got 30 days from delivery, and returns cost a flat $4.95 per order, no matter how many boxes or retailers are involved. That single fee is the policy's biggest perk, and it rewards bigger, multi-brand carts.
A few moves to keep more of your refund:
Think twice before returning cheap items. Sending back a $25 top means $20 actually hits your account. Sometimes keeping or regifting it beats the refund
Use FedEx drop-off, not the retailer's store. Shop Simon barely supports in-store returns, and going that route means tracking down a receipt as proof and waiting longer for your money.
On exchanges and final sale
Shop Simon doesn't swap sizes or colors. You have to rebuy and return the original, which gets risky when the promo code you used has since expired. Not sure about fit? Order both sizes in the same cart so they share the one $4.95 fee.
Final sale items can't be returned unless they show up damaged or wrong. The only workaround is Make It Returnable, a Seel add-on you pick at checkout. Return window is within seven days, and the fee is $10.
Refunds take about two to three weeks once the retailer gets your package. Five business days to log it, two for Shop Simon to process, and another five to ten before it shows on your statement.

Shop Simon only allows one coupon code per order, so with a few codes saved, pick the one with the biggest discount before checkout. While you cannot stack two codes, you can still get free shipping and stack a coupon code when the free shipping does not require a code.
On desktop:

The "Discount code or gift card" textbox can be found on the right side of the page.

On mobile or app:

When your code doesn't work, the most common reason is brand restriction. A Burberry-only code won't apply to a Nike cart, even with both brands selling through Shop Simon.
