Pink offers free returns for any reason, including gifts. However, the item must be unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition. Price adjustments
Price adjustments run on a 14-day window. The period starts from the ship date, and the item has to be the same style, color, and size as the one now selling for less. Have your order number, item number, and the current price ready when you reach out to their customer service. VS & Pink Rewards is free to join and covers both Victoria's Secret and Pink. You earn 5 points for every $1 spent, and every 2000 points is worth $10. A $10 birthday reward also lands in your account each year.
Tier spend requirements over a year:
Member: 5 points per $1, $10 birthday rewards, and free standard shipping on $50+.
Silver ($300 spent): everything in Member, plus two 2X Points Days a year you schedule yourself.
Gold ($750 spent): everything in Silver, plus free shipping at $25 and one Pick Your Perk a year.
If you don't shop at Pink or Victoria's Secret often, the program is still worth joining. Even at the lowest tier, you get a lower shipping threshold compared to the $100 mark that non-members have to reach.
Silver is mostly a status badge. Free shipping still kicks in at $50, and the only real upgrade is two 2X Points Days. Use those days on a bra restock or a big order you were already going to place.
Gold is where the program actually changes how you shop. The $25 free shipping floor means single bralettes, sleep shorts, or a replacement panty multipack ship free, which is not realistic at any lower tier. Gold also unlocks one Pick Your Perk a year.
