About Torrid
Torrid is best known for fashion-forward women’s clothing designed with curve and plus-size fit in mind. That focus is a big reason many shoppers return to the brand. Based on customer discussions and reviews on platforms like Reddit and Trustpilot, many shoppers point to the wide size range, flattering jeans, and strong dress selection as reasons they shop at Torrid again.
Another point as to why they are popular is that their prices are quite affordable. For instance, you can frequently curate a complete ensemble, such as a stylishly tailored romper and a versatile short-sleeve top, for under $50 total. Whenever you need help with your purchase, you can contact Torrid customer service by phone at 1-866-867-7431 or through the Contact Us page.

Frequently asked questions about Torrid
Ways to get free shipping
You can get free standard shipping in one of two ways. The first is to have a Loyalist or VIP rewards status, which grants free shipping on orders over $50. Alternatively, you can place an order online and have it shipped for free to your nearest store for in-store pickup. We do recommend in-store pickup for customers with stores near them. This can help you save on delivery fees, regardless of your rewards tier or order total.
Get a 20% off promo code your first order
You can get a promo code for 20% off your first order just by signing up for Torrid's SMS alerts. It's that easy. Plus, they will text you about seasonal sales and the latest promo codes. We feel that this is the most convenient way to keep track of any promotions they might have.
Loyal shoppers get more value with Torrid Credit Card
When you open and use a Torrid Credit Card, you can get an extra 25% off your first purchase. The best part about this is that you can combine this promotion with everyday offers and sitewide sales. After that, cardholders will also get perks like:
