We reviewed CVS Photo's shipping options and found that they offer two different choices. Same-day in-store pickup is free and the fastest way. The other option is to ship to your home, which comes with fees.

• Same-day in-store pickup is free. Available on most prints and gifts like photo mugs, magnets, wall tiles, posters, banners, cards, prints, yard signs, and calendars.

  • Important things to know: Large orders like 100+ prints can take up to 24 hours. Pickup services start one hour after the store opens and end one hour before the store closes.

• Ship to home standard shipping fees start at $5.99. The shipping fee will increase when you add more prints to your cart, or depending on the size and weight of the print.

For a cost-effective order, pick same-day pickup on all items for which this option is available. Only pay the shipping fees if what you are ordering is not available for in-store pickup. This saves you at least $5.99 in fees or more. We placed an order for 5x7 premium cards and saved $7.99 by picking them up the same day in-store rather than having them shipped.
