How to avoid shipping fees at Old Navy
One of the easiest ways to cut shipping costs at Old Navy is joining their Encore rewards program. Rewards members get free shipping on every order over $50. Member orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $7.50, and non-members have a flat shipping rate of $9.50. All-access cardmembers (this requires opening a Gap credit card) have a lower threshold of $35 to get free shipping.
If there's an Old Navy store near you, you have the option to select free in-store pickup. On your shopping bag page, each item will show whether it's eligible for in-store pickup. You can also use the "Find a store" feature to locate a physical store in your area. This is important to check, as some stores may be out of stock for certain items in your cart. If that's the case, you'll need to either pick a different store or settle for shipping.
