Return policy and fees
Watchmaxx allows 30 days to return a brand-new item and 14 days for pre-owned or store-display pieces. Special orders and final sale items cannot be returned at all, so treat those as no-going-back purchases. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, in original condition, with the blue "Void if Removed" sticker intact. In plain terms, if you remove that sticker to strap it on, you may lose your right to return it.
To return, request it through My Orders, get an RMA number, then ship prepaid and insured via FedEx or UPS. Refunds arrive after inspection, minus any fee, so allow three to five business days.
