Ways to get a free ExtraCare Plus membership
New shoppers can get the first month free when they sign up in-store only with a CVS associate.
Some shoppers can get ExtraCare Plus for free through a sponsor like a health plan, a prescription benefit plan, or an employer. These members do not pay the membership fees and still get the ExtraCare Plus benefits. You can switch to a sponsored plan even after you have paid for an annual membership. You may be eligible for a prorated refund. Monthly members do not get a refund.
How CVS coupon stacking works
