1-800 Contacts Promo Codes + Cashback in October 2026

1-800 Contacts is an online retailer for contact lenses, offering prescription contacts from major brands plus options like auto-refill subscriptions for repeat deliveries.

For help with orders, prescriptions, or subscriptions, call customer service at 1-800-266-8228 or use the live chat feature on the website.

Applying insurance during checkout helps lock in your plan pricing, and the steps are quick once you have your basic details ready.

• Enter your name, date of birth, and ZIP code at checkout to find your carrier and apply benefits automatically

• Expect some promo discounts or rebates to drop off if they do not combine with insurance pricing

• Use HSA or FSA funds for eligible contact lens purchases

• For out-of-network plans, place the order and submit the reimbursement form provided during checkout

Examples of in-network plans listed include Anthem, UnitedHealthcare, and Spectera. Examples handled as out-of-network include Aetna, EyeMed, Humana, and VSP.

1-800 Contacts offers a price match guarantee and return support that can protect your order after checkout, especially if you compare prices or want coverage when something goes wrong.

• Price match guarantee: Matches or beats a publicly available, verifiable lower cart total from a U.S.-based competitor. Comparisons are cart-to-cart and include shipping and fees, excluding taxes. Price match does not combine with vision insurance, so the better-priced option is used for that order.

• Free returns and exchanges: Credits or refunds are available when a prescription changes or an order is not right.

• Free replacement for torn lenses: Torn lenses can qualify for a replacement through customer service.

• Case-by-case returns: Some returns may be accepted even if the lenses were not purchased through the retailer, depending on customer service approval.
