Shipping & pickup options
Currently, Bath & Body Works offers free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more within the contiguous U.S. But the threshold can change at any time, and we've seen the minimum spend requirement vary between $40, $75, and $100. Orders are delivered within three to five business days. You don't need a promo code for standard free shipping, but you may find special coupons for free shipping during sales events.
The qualifying purchase amount is based on your subtotal after all discounts have been applied. Gift cards, sales tax, and shipping charges do not count toward the qualifying purchase amount, nor do Scent-Scription orders, previous purchases, or store pickup items. Standard free shipping also does not apply online during Annual Candle Day dates.
You can also shop online and pick up your order at participating Bath & Body Works locations so you don't have to wait for your items to be delivered.

Return items within 90 days
Bath & Body Works offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on products you buy in stores, online, or through the app. You have 90 days to return items that are new, gently used, or defective for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Items purchased online can be returned via mail or in-store, while items purchased online and picked up in store need to be returned in-store. Keep in mind, if you return items by mail, you will have to cover the cost of return shipping.
You need your original receipt to receive a refund, which will go back to your original method of payment. Store credit is issued after 90 days, or for returns without a receipt. For returns and exchanges without a receipt, there is a limit of $250 within a 90-day period at select U.S. stores.
Gift cards can't be returned or exchanged. You also can't exchange items you buy online, so we recommend placing a new order and returning the items you don't want separately. Rewards items can be exchanged for other eligible rewards items with a receipt or returned for store credit.

Bath & Body Works Rewards program
With Bath & Body Works Rewards, members earn points on eligible in-store, online, and app orders. It's free to join, and new members get $10 off a $30 purchase. You can find your welcome reward in your digital "wallet" within 72 hours of joining, and it's valid for 30 days. Your wallet is a storage area inside the app and website where your offers and rewards are kept. Register for an account through the app or website by providing your name, email address, phone number, and zip code.
Rewards members earn 10 points for every $1 spent on eligible items. This is the equivalent to one point for every 10¢ you spend, and purchases are rounded to the nearest 10¢. For example, if you buy a body butter that costs $20.95, you'll earn 209 points. After earning 1000 points, you can redeem them for a free product valued up to $18.95. There are exclusions, however, including Wallflowers plugs, candle and soap accessories, PocketBac holders, car fragrance holders, sponges, and socks.
Members also have access to new products and special events, as well as annual birthday surprises. Your points should appear in your account within 72 hours after in-store purchases or after your online order has shipped or has been picked up.
Points expire on accounts that have been inactive for 365 days, and rewards expire 90 days after they are earned. Any points you earned on returned items will be removed from your account. If this creates a negative balance, future purchases will be used to make up the difference first.
How to redeem rewards
A reward is issued after you earn enough points, which can be accessed in the "Wallet" section of the app or the "My Account" section of the website. Each reward can be redeemed for one item and will be applied to the most expensive eligible product in your order. Apply up to eight rewards per transaction.
Online: Sign in to your BathandBodyworks.com account and select "Apply" on the reward at checkout. Shipping charges apply.
In-store: Show your loyalty barcode or provide the phone number or email address associated with your account. Then scan the barcode from your wallet.
When does Bath & Body Works have sales?
There are several times during the year that you can find discounts on body care, candles, and more at Bath & Body Works. Shopping during these savings events can help you save on full-price items. Some past sales we have seen include:
Semi-Annual Sales (happens twice a year from mid-June through mid-July and end of December through early January): Up to 75% off body care, candles, hand soaps, and more.

How to redeem a promo code
Redeem your Bath & Body Works promo codes at checkout on desktop, mobile device, or in the app. Here's how:
Web: Click the shopping bag icon and enter the code in the "Promotion Code" box and hit the "Apply" button.
App: Under "Bag," choose "Potential Savings" and then "Promo Code," and enter the code.
Only one promo code can be added per transaction. If more than one is applied, only the last code applied will count. You'll have to create separate orders if you want to use multiple promo codes in an order.
Why isn't my promo code working?
Promo codes may not work for several reasons. To avoid this, be sure they are not expired, entered incorrectly, or already used. Some codes, like App Wallet rewards or mailed coupons, are single-use. Others only apply to full-price items or items under a specific price threshold. If this is the case, the threshold is based on the original price, not the discounted price.
You won't be able to proceed with checkout unless you remove any invalid or expired promo codes. If there are still issues after checking the code and its requirements, remove all promotions or try checking out as a guest.
