How delivery works at Subway
Getting food delivered from Subway usually comes with a fee, which can vary by location and demand. Orders can be placed on Subway.com, in the Subway app, or through third-party delivery services like DoorDash, Grubhub, Postmates, and Uber Eats, where available. Subway website orders are fulfilled through DoorDash at participating locations.
Delivery is typically available about 30 minutes after opening and ends 30 minutes before closing, depending on the restaurant. Menu availability may vary, and some items like fountain drinks, coffee, tea, and soup may not be available for delivery.
Once your order is accepted, it cannot be changed, and full payment is required at checkout.

Sub Club is Subway's rewards program that replaced the MVP Rewards program in December 2025. It's free to join, and you can sign up on Subway.com or through the app. Members earn points on eligible orders, which can be used toward subs, salads, and other menu items. Points add up, so it's worth joining if you eat at Subway on a regular basis.

Earning points
Members earn 10 points for every $1 spent on qualifying orders, after discounts but before taxes and fees. At 10 points per $1, you need to spend $40 to earn 400 points and get $2 in Subway Cash. The 250 bonus points you get for joining put you more than halfway to your first reward before you've even placed an order.
To earn points through the app or website, log in before placing your order. Points are added automatically on qualifying orders. To earn points in a restaurant, scan your Subway app, enter your phone number, or swipe your Subway gift card at the register when checking out.
Redeeming rewards
You can use up to $50 in Subway Cash on a single order. To redeem Cash online or through the app, log in to your account before ordering and choose how many points you'd like to apply as Subway Cash. To redeem in a Subway location, scan your app at the register or enter your phone number on the keypad when you check out.
