Return policy
We have found that Max & Lily accepts returns within 30 days for unsatisfactory bedroom or playroom furniture. To start the process, be sure to complete the Return Request Form on their website. Once the returned items are received in good condition, a refund will be issued. A 10% restocking fee may apply, which is waived when store credit is selected. Keep in mind, mattresses are final sale and cannot be returned.
