The BJ's Wholesale return policy
BJ’s has different return policies based on product type. Most general merchandise can be returned within a year if it's in new condition.
Undamaged electronics have a shorter return window of 90 days. Air conditioners, patio sets, and mattresses have an even shorter one of 30 days. Damaged electronics with original packaging must be returned within 14 days to get a refund.

The value of a BJ's membership
You must join the BJ's membership program to shop at BJ's Wholesale Club. They have two membership options.
The Club Card Membership costs $60 a year and includes:

For more frequent shoppers, the Club+ Card Membership at $120 a year builds on everything above and adds these perks:

A BJ's credit card is worth considering if the rewards and cash back are worth opening a credit card for you. These earnings can be used at checkout, both in-store and online.
BJ's has two types of cards:
With BJ's One Mastercard, you earn 3% back in rewards on most BJ’s purchases and 1.5% back everywhere else Mastercard is accepted. Plus, get $0.10 off per gallon at BJ’s Gas.
With BJ's One+ Mastercard, you earn 5% back in rewards on most BJ’s purchases and 2% back everywhere else Mastercard is accepted. You can also get $0.15 off per gallon at BJ’s Gas.
When you're a new cardholder, you receive $40 in rewards upon signing up in your first year.
Get rewarded with the referral program
Referring a friend to BJ's comes with a reward for both of you. Your friend gets a discount on a 1-year membership, and you'll receive a $10 reward within seven days of their enrollment. You can earn up to 10 of these rewards per year. To get started, log into your membership portal to find your unique referral link.
Community heroes get an extra discount
At BJ's Wholesale, specific groups have special opportunities to save on club membership. Eligible members include military, medical professionals, first responders, and government employees. Educators and students qualify, too.
There are two membership tiers:
For Club Card membership, you receive a $35 discount, paying $25 instead of $60, and get a $10 reward upon joining.
For Club+ Card membership, you save $70 by paying only $50 instead of $120. Plus, you get a $20 reward when you join.
