Most items can be exchanged or refunded within 90 days of purchase
Returns will only be issued based on the original payment method
Items, such as prepaid items, services, and clearance items, are excluded
Shoppers should always have a valid government-issued ID to qualify for returns
But if you are ordering on the app or online, items can only be requested for a refund or exchange within 14 days. To initiate a return, we contacted them at 1-855-803-0611, and it took up to 72 hours to review our request.
