You can download the GotPrint app for free on iOS and Android. It lets you place and track print orders from your phone. While we didn't find app-exclusive discounts, the app does list deals and coupons on products like banners, marketing materials, and more, helping you find opportunities to lower your order total on the go.

How GotPrint's money-back guarantee works

GotPrint has a money-back guarantee on orders up to $100 for first-time customers only. If you're not satisfied with your printed product, contact GotPrint within six business days of delivery or pickup. Then return the item for a full refund of the printing cost. Keep in mind, you will be responsible for return shipping, and this is a one-time offer.

All sales are final for all other customers. However, GotPrint will correct issues related to cutting, print quality, color, print alignment, or printing delays. If an issue comes up, submit an "Order Issue" ticket through your order page. You should receive a response from a representative within one to two business days.

This is a good option if you're a first-time customer and want to test GotPrint's quality before committing to a larger order. Be sure to keep your first order at or under $100 to stay within the money-back guarantee.

How can I get free shipping?

GotPrint doesn't offer free standard shipping. Your zip code, product type, and weight determine the cost.

Free shipping promotions come up occasionally. The most recent free shipping promotions we saw were for photo books in March and April 2026. When available, free shipping applies only to the contiguous U.S. and excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and many rural areas. It also can't be combined with another coupon, so compare both offers and use whichever saves you more.

A way to lower shipping costs is to buy multiple of the same item in one order instead of buying them separately. For example, one 11-ounce heat-activated custom mug costs $11.47 to ship. Buy five of the same mug in the same order, and shipping only goes up to $11.69, dropping your per-mug shipping cost from $11.47 to about $2.34. Note that not all products or sizes qualify due to weight limits.

Is there a GotPrint rewards program?

GotPrint has a program for business customers called the Broker Program, which is not designed for individual shoppers.

The Broker Program is for printing, advertising, and graphic design companies. Approved brokers get wholesale pricing, exclusive promotions, blind drop shipping, custom quotes for specialty projects, and order pickup at facilities in Burbank, CA, Grapevine, TX, and Hebron, KY. To qualify, your business has to be based in the U.S., provide a business license or reseller permit, and place at least five orders per month. There's no membership fee, but applications are reviewed before approval.

This is a good option if you regularly order printed materials for clients and want to resell GotPrint products under your own brand. Keep in mind that you have to place at least five orders per month to keep your account active.

Does GotPrint offer free samples?

Yes. You can get a free sample kit so you can see and feel the print quality, paper stocks, and finishes before you place an order. The first kit ships free within the U.S. If you're an international customer, you may have to pay additional shipping fees.

The kit includes samples of products like business cards, postcards, brochures, flyers, stickers, envelopes, hang tags, bookmarks, door hangers, and event tickets. It also includes paper stock and finish samples such as glossy, matte, uncoated, linen, pearl, kraft, and Trifecta papers.

What to know before you request a kit:

Limit one free kit per customer
Additional kits are available for a fee
Processing takes 2 to 3 business days, with delivery in 15 to 20 days via USPS Standard

Applying a promo code at GotPrint takes a few steps since you customize your order before checking out.

Here's what you need to do:

Browse products and customize your item (size, shape, material)
Enter your ZIP code to see shipping costs
Upload your design or use the online design tool
Sign in or create an account
Fill out your shipping and billing information at checkout
Find the "Promo Code" box under the Order Summary section
Type or paste your code and click "Apply"

Make sure your order meets the promo code's requirements before you apply it. You can find its terms on the Coupons page and in GotPrint's promotional emails.

Important to know:

Only one promo code can be used per order, so adding a second one will remove any previously applied discounts or special pricing. Most coupons apply to printing costs only and don't cover taxes, shipping, or design services.
