Papier is a London-based stationery brand, founded in 2015, that designs almost everything in-house. The lineup covers personalized planners, journals, notebooks, wedding invitations, and hardcover photo books. Most pieces can carry your name, a monogram, or a custom design. Papier also puts out collections made with independent artists, so there's a wide mix of styles to pick from.
Need help with your order or want to ask about a coupon code? You can use the live chat on their website, available from Monday to Thursday 5 a.m. to 1 p.m., or on Friday 5 a.m. to 12 p.m. EST. Outside those hours, email support or the Papier Help Center for help with orders, shipping, and returns.
Papier lets you return plain stationery and desk accessories within 30 days at no cost and covers the return shipping. Contact customer service to set up the return, either through the returns page on the site or by emailing support. Send the item back in good, unused condition. Once Papier has it, your refund comes through within 14 days.
Personalized pieces work differently. Anything with a name, monogram, or custom print is made just for you, so you can't return it after a change of heart. When one shows up damaged or the print comes out wrong, email support with your order number and a clear photo. Papier will refund or reprint it, and the refund covers the shipping you paid the first time too, so a faulty custom order won't cost you anything extra.
Keep this in mind when you buy notebooks, planners, or desk pieces you haven't fully decided on, since the plain versions are the ones you can send back. When there's any chance you'll return a piece, leave the personalization off. Adding a name or custom design makes it a made-to-order item, and that closes the door on a return.

Papier sells prepaid wedding credit bundles that let you lock in a discount now and choose your designs later. The largest bundle reaches up to 25% off, but that headline hides a tiered setup, so your real savings depend on which bundle you pick. The three tiers work like this:
Entry: $320 for $350 in credit, about 9% off
Middle: $450 for $550 in credit, about 19% off
Top: the largest bundle, up to 25% off
The bigger your stationery plan, the deeper the discount. Each tier also comes with a set list of pieces rather than a blank pot of money. The entry bundle covers save-the-dates and invitations, plus matching insert cards and addressed envelopes, which fits smaller guest lists. Moving up adds foil on the main pieces, along with day-of items like menus, orders of service, and place names. The smart move is matching the tier to what you actually plan to order, because paying for credit you never use cancels out the discount.
Once you buy, your credit arrives as an email code and sits in your Papier account under Points and gift cards. That means it works like store credit, not a checkout promo. The difference matters when you already have another Papier discount, since account credit and promo codes follow separate rules at checkout.
The credit is good for 12 months from the day you buy it. After that it expires, and Papier's help center says an expired balance cannot be turned back on. This catches couples who buy too early. For example, someone with an 18-month engagement who buys credit the week they get engaged could run out of time before choosing their designs. To stay safe, buy the credit about six to nine months before the wedding. That lines up with when you would order save-the-dates, so the 12-month clock will not expire first.
One last limit is where the credit can be spent. Credit bought on the US site only works on the US site in USD, so a code bought here will not work on Papier's UK or EU storefronts. If a partner is moving abroad or family is ordering from overseas, buy the credit on the storefront that matches where the stationery will ship.
Here is the path to apply your promo code:
Open the cart page and find the Order Summary panel.
Click the Add a promo code link under the order total to open the text field.
Type your code into the box and click Apply.
Check that the discount line shows on the final summary before you pay.
If you miss the field on the cart page, you can also enter the code at checkout, where it sits at the top of the summary column. Just be sure to apply it before tapping Pay with Klarna, Amazon Pay, or PayPal, because those express buttons skip the standard order review.
Codes come off the subtotal only, so shipping stays at full price. Free economy shipping over $60 works on its own and applies to qualifying orders without canceling your code. Wedding credit and gift card balances redeem through your account under Points and gift cards, not the promo field. So, an account balance and a promo code can both lower the same order without clashing.
If a code gets rejected, the usual reasons are an expired code, an excluded item in the cart such as wedding stationery or photo books, or a sale already running on that item.
