Skylight's return policy
Skylight Frame has a 120-day return window, which is one of the longer return policies we've seen. Within that timeframe, you can return your product for either a full refund or a replacement.
To start a return, email customer service at [email protected] and explain why you'd like to return the product. The team will send you a prepaid shipping label, so you won't have to pay for return shipping. From there, you have 30 days to ship the frame back. Once they receive it, your refund or replacement will be processed.
Even with a long return window, don't put off testing the product. Set the frame up within the first week, upload some photos, sync the calendar features, and check that everything works the way you expected.

$20 off Plus Plan
When you buy a compatible Skylight device with the Plus Plan included, you can save up to $30 off the device price. Some bundles also throw in your first month for free, which lowers the entry point even further. After that intro period, the Plus Plan runs $79 per year.
A few important details to know upfront. The Plus Plan is only available on three Skylight products: the 10" Frame 2, the Calendar, and the Calendar Max. So what does Plus actually give you? Each product comes with its own features, but for their Calendar, this is what you will get:
The Photo Screensaver feature lets you turn your Calendar into a photo frame when it's not actively in use, with uploads handled through the Skylight app.
The Meal Planning tool lets you map out a week's meals in about five minutes, so you stop guessing at dinner every night.
Magic Import is one of the most useful add-ons because it automatically converts any forwarded email or PDF, such as a school newsletter or sports schedule, into events on your calendar.
The savings apply only to your first purchase. They don't offset the $79/year recurring fee, so it comes down to how much you'll use the premium features long-term. For us, the plan is worth it for busy households with lots of family members and events that your family goes through. However, for those who only need a frame to display their photos, we can't really justify going for it.
