Woom Bikes return policy explained
Woom Bikes allows you 30 days to return a direct purchase for any reason, no questions asked. During the holidays, that window stretches to 90 days for bikes bought between October 1 and December 31. For US orders, Woom Bikes refunds the full product cost and pays for return shipping. You will receive your refund within 5 to 10 business days after they get the bike back. However, they do not refund the original shipping cost you paid up front. We suggest checking the fit and condition as soon as your bike arrives. Keep the box until the bike is built and your child has tried it. This will help make the return process simpler if the fit is off.
