Bowflex Coupon Codes & Offers in October 2026

Yes, but only during its sales, not automatically year-round. BowFlex runs free-shipping promotions often on marked-down equipment, so the way around the fee is to buy while your item is on one of those deals. Otherwise, standard parcel delivery usually costs $99, and full-assembly White Glove service runs up to $399.

Keep in mind the free shipping covers the standard parcel option only, so White Glove assembly still costs its regular rate even during a sale. There's no need to add a separate code either, since these offers can't be combined and the sale price already includes the free delivery. When the machine you want isn't on a free-shipping deal yet, it pays to wait for one rather than cover the shipping fee yourself.

For most gear, yes, and going without the paid plan saves you $99 to $149 a year. Whether paying makes sense comes down to what you bought. Cardio machines get real use out of the guided workouts, while strength-only equipment like the SelectTech dumbbells works fully without a plan, so those buyers can leave it off. Touchscreen cardio machines are the one exception, since they need the pricier All-Access plan for the full experience.

For anyone drawn to the guided workouts, start with the two-month free trial, then choose the annual plan over monthly to save over $44 a year. There's also a free account with no card needed that gives you a limited workout set, a good fit for people who just want some structure without paying.
