How to return items within 45 days
Items can be returned within 45 days from the shipping date, but shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. For returns made after this period, a merchandise credit will be issued instead. Items should be unworn, unwashed, free from odors, and have the original tags attached. We suggest that you opt for using the original packaging or choose something secure and easy to open. Excessive wrapping can cause rejection due to potential damage risks. Rejected returns will not be sent back.
Exchanges are not available. To process a return, you have two options: print a prepaid label and return all items together, or use a QR code. Take the package with the QR code to a USPS location, where the label can be printed from your phone. Each package must have its own QR code for efficient processing, and USPS is the only accepted carrier for returns.
