He spends his time tracking down big deals in less obvious places. Plus, he looks beyond the pages to understand the stores' overall outlook and sales strategy. Simon tries to see the stores from the inside out to best understand how they'll approach their deals.

Outside of work, Simon enjoys discovering the world by getting beneath the headlines to the motivations shaping their presentation. Simon likes nothing more than reading a book about world systems in the sun on a rooftop or at a canal-side cafe.
