You can send your glasses back for free within 30 days of the day they arrive. Pair puts a prepaid USPS label right in your order, so you pay nothing to mail them back.
Starting a return is quick. Look for your seven-digit order number in your confirmation email. Head to the returns portal, type in that number and your email, and you are set.
