How to handle order issues and replacements
Return your filters within 30 days for a refund
You should contact their customer service or fill out the Return/Damage Form within 30 days for damaged or incorrect items. At least two images of the issue are needed to verify and approve replacements or refunds.
For wrong shipments, they cover return shipping costs. Ordered the wrong item? Return shipping will be deducted from the refund. Items must be in original packaging, unused, and from a smoke-free, pet-free environment. We'd like to note that refunds process within 10 business days once approved. Non-compliant returns may incur fees.
