According to Klook’s price match policy, when you find a lower price (in the same currency) for the same tour or activity, you can qualify for a refund of the price difference as KlookCash. There are two scenarios where your situation would qualify for a refund:
You find a lower price, in the same currency, for the same tour or activity and notify Klook within 48 hours of booking.
You arrive at your destination and find your booked tour or activity offered for a lower price.
The comparison activity must be identical to your Klook booking in every respect, including:
Currency
Number of people
Scheduling
Operator
Pickup locations
Ticket type (printed or mobile voucher)
Ticket validity (fixed or open date)
Package
Confirmation method (instant or non-instant)
Even small differences like a different operator or a printed versus mobile ticket can disqualify your claim.
There are some exclusions to price matches, such as:
City and airport transfers
Multi-day tours
Unofficial or informal sellers or agencies
Retail rates not available to the general public, such as those offered through membership programs, corporate discounts, promotions, group rates, or rewards programs
How to get your price match
To make this guarantee work in your favor, you should compare prices immediately after booking, since the window starts the moment you book, and check prices again when you arrive. Take dated screenshots of any lower price you find, so you have timestamped proof even if the deal disappears later.
To request the refund, send proof (like a screenshot, flyer, or receipt) plus a name and booking number to [email protected] within 48 hours of booking. Since your refund is issued as KlookCash, not as cash back to your original payment method, you can only use your refund toward a future Klook booking.

A guide to Klook’s loyalty program
You are automatically enrolled in Klook Rewards as an "Explorer" the moment you create a Klook account. This loyalty program is built around their virtual currency called KlookCash and a three-tier membership system.
What is KlookCash?
KlookCash is the core benefit of the rewards program and works like store credit:
100 KlookCash equals $1.
You apply it at checkout by ticking the "KlookCash" box under the "Discount" section.
You need a minimum of 10 KlookCash before you can use any of it.
It expires 365 days after you earn it, and expired KlookCash cannot be restored.
You earn a percentage of KlookCash on every booking and by leaving reviews. Bookings earn you a percentage based on your membership level. They’re credited within 24 hours after your activity ends.
Reviews over 100 characters earn you 20 KlookCash, and you get another 30 KlookCash when you upload three or more photos. You can earn on up to 10 reviews per month.
While choosing your destination, you'll see exactly how many credits you’ll earn with each ticket you add to your cart. Klook will also show you the dollar equivalent of these credits for your next trip at checkout.
What are the membership tiers?
The three tiers determine your KlookCash earning power. You move up tiers based on how much you spend:
Explorer is the entry level you’re automatically assigned at sign-up. You’ll earn 0.10% to 0.80% back on bookings.
Gold is the tier you move into after you complete $500 in bookings within 365 days. You’ll earn 0.28% to 2.40% back on bookings.
Platinum is the tier you move into after you spend an additional $1500 after reaching Gold. You’ll earn 0.48% to 4% back on bookings.
Outside of KlookCash, higher tiers give you more benefits. Gold members get member-only pricing, a $20 upgrade gift, a $30 bonus gift, a larger eSIM data allowance, seat selection, and priority chat support. Platinum members get everything in Gold plus bigger gifts ($60 upgrade, $80 bonus, $110 renewal), airport lounge access, airport transfers, ticket change privileges, and a dedicated callback service. How long until the benefits are worth it?
Consider a traveler spending $500 in a year. As an Explorer earning up to 0.80%, that $500 returns only about $4 in KlookCash. Reviews accelerate things. Ten photo-heavy reviews in a single month can earn 500 KlookCash (equal to $5), which is more than a full year of cashback from bookings on the Explorer level from our scenario.
The real payoff comes at Gold and Platinum, where the earn rate triples to quintuples and the travel perks (lounge access, member pricing, free gifts, etc.) far outweigh the KlookCash itself.

Klook Pass is a bundle offer that can save you up to 60% on experiences and attractions. You can shop for these passes by location on the Klook Pass page. Customize your pass by choosing between two to five experiences. Passes start at $25.
Enjoy app-exclusive 5% discounts
Sometimes, Klook offers 5% off discount codes that can only be used in the app. Just know that these codes don’t apply to already discounted trips except for sales. For example, they’ve offered a 5% off discount code through the app that stacked with their weekend sale.
How to apply a Klook discount code
There are a couple of ways you can do it:
During a booking, scroll to the "Discounts" section to enter or select your promo code. If it's linked to your account, it applies automatically. Otherwise, manually enter it and click "Redeem" to view your savings in the "Subtotal."
Alternatively, from your "Accounts" page, you can enter promo codes in the designated section. They will now automatically apply to any eligible future bookings.
