HeyDude returns and refunds
Ordering the right size the first time is the easiest way to skip paying for a return. Check the size guide before you buy, because return shipping costs won't come back to you.
HeyDude gives you 30 days from the ship date to return online orders. The pair has to be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags. You'll get a full refund to your original payment method, minus shipping. After 30 days, the pair can no longer be returned.
Before you buy, know that some items are final and can't be returned:
Items marked custom, clearance, or final sale. Custom items include shoes with patches added, replacement laces or insoles, and used patches
Products made for collaborations or special events. Unless they show up defective or flawed
Online orders can't be returned or exchanged in a store right now
Refunds take about 10 to 14 business days to process once your package arrives. Your bank may need a little more time to post the money to your account.
