About Tommy Hilfiger
Tommy Hilfiger is a global lifestyle brand known for classic American style, from denim and tailoring to accessories and fragrance. Need help? There are a few easy ways to reach the customer service team. For questions about an online order, call 888-866-6948, and for store questions, call 800-866-6922. You can also use live chat or the contact form on the help site. Support is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.
Return policy
The cheapest way to return something is to bring it to a Tommy Hilfiger store. Store returns are free, and your refund shows up faster because you don't have to wait for the returned item to travel back to a warehouse. Mailing a return works too, but it costs $4.95, and that fee comes straight out of your refund.
Watch your timing. You get 30 days to return an order, or 45 days as a Hilfiger Club member. The countdown starts at your shipping confirmation, not the day the box lands on your porch. If delivery runs slow, you lose part of that window before you even have the item in hand. The safest habit is to start your return as soon as you know you want to send something back.
Tommy Hilfiger also does not do exchanges. If the size or color is wrong, you have to return the first item and place a brand new order for the right one. You will be out the money for both until your refund comes through. The easy fix is to get it right the first time, so check the size chart and double-check the color before you buy. If you do need to return something, keep your tracking number and follow up if the label or refund is slow.
One last thing, the brand no longer gives price adjustments. If an item drops in price a few days after you buy it, you cannot claim the difference. That is why it pays to wait for a sale before you order instead of buying at full price and hoping to catch a markdown later.

Frequently asked questions about Tommy Hilfiger
The Hilfiger Club
The Hilfiger Club is Tommy Hilfiger's free loyalty program. The main reason to join is the sign-up perk, since there's no points system that racks up savings on every order. You get 15% off your first purchase when you enroll, plus a birthday bonus, early access to sales, members-only offers, and event invites.
However, that 15% coupon code usually can't be stacked with other promotions. And it is often weaker than the deals Tommy Hilfiger already runs. We've regularly seen clearance with discounts of up to 60% and select styles marked down to low fixed prices. Our advice is to sign up for the free membership, but on your first order, compare the 15% against whatever sale is running and use whichever actually saves you more.
Where the membership genuinely helps is in the return window. Members get a longer 45-day return window instead of the standard 30 days. That extra time matters more than it sounds, because a recurring theme in customer reviews is slow shipping and headaches getting returns and refunds processed. A longer window gives you a buffer if delivery drags or you need time to decide, especially since the brand doesn't offer exchanges.
How to use a Tommy Hilfiger coupon
Using a coupon at Tommy Hilfiger is quick. Just follow these steps.
Add the items you want to your shopping bag.
Open your shopping bag when you are ready to check out.
Find the discount box, which appears in the shopping bag and again at checkout.
Type or paste your code into the box.
Apply the code and watch the discount update your total before you pay.
If a coupon does not work, check the fine print. Most offers apply to select items only and cannot be combined with other promotions.
