DHGate Coupon Codes & Offers in November 2026

Yes, DHGate has many coupons. Customers can save with many different spend thresholds. The key is to stick to what you really wanted. There are enough thresholds for you to do that. These range from $3 off $5 spent to $40 off $850.

Yes, many sellers on DHGate offer free shipping. The key to a real saving is comparing the final price. It's a fierce marketplace, and sellers make their final price more attractive by reducing the shipping cost, even if that cost goes onto the price of the product.

At checkout, you'll find the box to enter your promo code on the right-hand side. A different promo code will often appear there. If it does, check the discount, copy the promo code, and try your own to compare and find the best saving.

With sign-up, you receive a bundle of 4 to 5 separate coupons with spend thresholds, such as $3 off $4, $5 off $10, or $10 off $100. You are linked to lists of possible full-priced products that you can choose between.

Stacking is possible. On top of a store code, which is applied automatically by the seller based on your cart subtotal, you can manually add a site-wide sale code or an influencer code.

Your choices are refund only (partial) or return and full refund. A partial refund under "refund only" is the best option to avoid paying for international return shipping.

If a DHGate item arrives damaged, incorrect, or never shows up, you must "open a dispute" on your My Orders page. Submit this request before the platform's automatic order confirmation window expires, which lasts up to 30 calendar days after delivery (or 5 to 60 days after the shipment date if the item never arrives).

Attach clear photos or a short video showing the damage, defects, or the wrong item received. Once submitted, give the seller a chance to respond. If in 5 days you can't reach an agreement, you can manually escalate the case to DHgate's customer service team for a final decision. If the seller simply doesn't respond, the system will automatically close the case in your favor on the 10th day.

No, the lists of promo codes that redditors add at the start of each month aren't extra to what we host ourselves. These are affiliate promo codes, which are always the same list.

Yes, to get a birthday coupon. After you add your birthday to our account, DHGate shows a birthday-week coupon that you can claim before you use it. It will apply to a single order, and the order total must meet the minimum requirement before shipping costs. You can use it from 12:00 a.m. PT five days before your birthday to 11:59 p.m. PT one day after your birthday. And you get up to 11:59 p.m. PT on the 15th day after DHGate issues the coupon to use it.
