Does Coach accept returns?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return your Coach item/s for an exchange or refund within 30 days. Your money will be refunded on the original form of payment. Customers are responsible to pay for the return shipping. To return your item in the U.S. or Canada simply fill out the return form that was in your order and put it in your package. Unfortunately, customized items are not eligible for returns.
