Warranty for defective items
Crocs offers a limited 90-day warranty on defective items. It covers manufacturing defects, so it would matter most when a product has a fundamental problem when you receive it or start wearing it. So, it doesn't cover normal wear and tear, but only issues with the workmanship of the item. With the warranty, they'll replace a defective item for you within 90 days. If for some reason they can't replace it (maybe the product is out of stock) they'll give you a refund of the cost of the item. This is probably more relevant with shoes that have a mechanism, like the classic Crocs. For items like flip flops, sandals, etc that do not rely on a mechanism to work as a shoe, a warranty is likely not necessary or worth getting. Crocs offers free returns within 30 days of delivery. In case your item doesn't work for you, you have plenty of time to send it back.
