Regardless if you bought your Ultrarange online or in-store, Vans' return policy allows you to initiate the return process within a month (30 days) of receiving the product(s). These can include everything from hoodies, socks, bags and more. Custom products, however, are excluded from returns so keep that in mind before making your purchase.
As of this year, they offer both exchanges and refunds but online exchanges are not available and you will have to visit their physical stores or Vans Outlets instead. But for refunds, you can start the process by visiting the "Order and Return Status" available at the website's footer. Just fill in your order number, email address, and zip code to find your order. Follow the instructions to then pack and ship the item and once the package has been received, they should send you the refund.
