Yes, you can. You don't need to worry about minimum purchases or hidden exceptions because free standard shipping is always included. Even better, you can combine this offer with coupons and sale items to save more. With delivery handled by FedEx and UPS, you can expect your order to arrive within seven to ten business days.

Just add your items to your cart and click the cart icon to proceed to checkout. Enter your coupon in the provided box and hit "Apply." Coupons can be used only one by one, but you'll find many options on our page.

It depends on what kind of discount code you have. Some discount codes are for particular products. Other discount codes are site-wide barring products already being sold for a discount.

Yes. Bluetti offers ShopPay, Affirm, and PayPal financing options. Shop Pay Installments uses a pay‑in‑4 model for the 4 bi‑weekly payments, and that’s where credit cards work. Monthly installment plans require a debit card. Capital One and Chase credit cards don’t work for Shop Pay Installments. And prepaid cards are blocked, while digital wallets like Apple Pay aren’t compatible.

ShopPay approval decisions are instant, and a denial or down payment requirement doesn’t cancel the order. It blocks the installment option and then lets you switch to paying in full with a standard payment method so checkout can continue.

Affirm works differently. Credit cards can’t be used for interest‑bearing loans. To pay off an existing loan, Affirm accepts check, money order, or manual ACH transfer, typically using your Loan ID. You can also get pre-approved in the Affirm app, check your purchasing power limit, and generate a one-time virtual card for checkout.

After the warehouse confirms the return, BLUETTI deducts return shipping from the refund. BLUETTI can also share return details for a self-paid return.

The retailer issues the refund within 14 business days and emails a refund notice. After 30 days, BLUETTI won’t offer a full refund, and the customer pays return shipping.

Order changes operate within a tight window. Contact BLUETTI by email or phone within 48 hours of placing the order to request a cancellation. Once BLUETTI ships the order, a $25 intercept fee applies to stop delivery.
