The LG return policy is split between two different product categories:

Vacuum, laptop, and StanbyME 2 products:

• Returns are accepted within the first 30 calendar days of your order being delivered.

All other products:

• Returns are accepted within the first 14 calendar days of your order being delivered.

Some return guidelines are the same regardless of which product category your item falls under. If your item arrives damaged or there's an issue with shipping, you have five business days to report it to LG. This policy does not apply to any refurbished items, as those are marked final sale. Your return must be made with its original packaging, with all parts, manuals, etc., included. The item itself must be in the original condition it shipped in. Your refund will be issued after the item has been returned, received, and inspected.

Create an account to join the LG rewards program: MyLG Rewards. For every 100 points you earn, that's $1 you can take off a future order. So if you accumulate 1000 points, you can redeem that for $10 off your next order. You can also use a coupon code on the same order you redeem your points. You can also earn up to 20% back in exclusive rewards on eligible products across LG's popular categories like TVs, monitors, and more.

When you sign up for the first time, you'll receive an LG coupon code to take 20% off an order of parts and accessories. When we joined, all we had to do was verify our email address after submitting the form. Then we received the email with our coupon code within a minute.

Once you start earning points, you can track both pending and active points from your MyLG Account dashboard. Points become available after the return period on your order has passed (typically 20–35 days). They remain valid for five years from the issue date.

The LG Appreciation Program offers a 10% discount to the following groups of people:

• First responders

• Medical providers, nurses, and hospital employees

• Military/veterans

• Teachers

• Students

• Government employees

To receive your discount, you'll need to verify your ID with ID.me. After you're verified, you'll be able to register for the LG partner store, and this is where you'll see your 10% discount. Once you're verified once, you won't have to verify again. You just need to log back into the LG partner store. Members of the LG partner store also enjoy free shipping and free installation on select appliances. One thing we weren't able to verify was whether this discount stacks with other offers.
