Return policy

That's because in-store returns and exchanges are free. Mailing a return costs a $7 handling fee that comes out of your refund.
Price adjustments
If something you bought goes on sale soon after your purchase, you can get the difference back. Abercrombie offers one price adjustment per item within 7 days of your purchase date. The item has to be full-price merchandise, and you need your original receipt or order confirmation. Bring it to a store or contact customer service with your order details.
