Another option to avoid the shipping fee is choosing the "Free Ship to Store" service. With this method, you can have your order shipped to your local Glik’s or Clovier store at no cost. Delivery usually takes five to seven business days for this method.

You have 45 days from the date of purchase to return items back, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and still have tags attached. Shoes need to be in their original box, and Final Sale items are not eligible. Refunds are issued for the amount you paid after coupons, though shipping fees are not included. The bad news is that exchanges are not offered.
