The cost of shipping
Standard shipping at J.Crew starts at $7. But J.Crew Passport members get free standard shipping on qualifying orders.
Here are your options:
Standard: $7, takes 3 to 6 business days
Expedited: $17, takes 2 to 3 business days
Overnight: $25, qualifying orders placed before the daily cutoff
Saturday delivery: $35, available in select areas
Orders ship via UPS or USPS and may arrive in multiple shipments. Personalized and monogrammed items take up to two additional weeks to be delivered. J.Crew also offers free in-store pickup at select stores, with same-day pickup at some locations. You can also check our page for free shipping offers before you check out. For about two weeks in January 2026, all orders shipped free.
Return items within 30 days
Returning to a J.Crew store is free. If you mail back your return, J.Crew will deduct $7.50 from your refund. Either way, you have 30 days from your purchase date to make a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective. Refunds go back to your original method of payment.

In-store purchases have to be returned to a J.Crew store
Multiple orders can be mailed in one package as long as you start each return separately and all packing slips are included

Any rewards used on a returned order will be lost
Some items can't be returned, including marketplace items, personalized, monogrammed, altered, vintage, lingerie, and final sale items.

J.Crew Passport rewards program
The free J.Crew Passport loyalty program gives all members free standard shipping. You'll also get rewards on your birthday, half-birthday, and program anniversary. The more you spend, the more your benefits grow. There are three tiers in the program, and they're based on your annual spending at J.Crew and J.Crew Factory.
It's important to note that J.Crew Passport discontinued points for non-J.Crew Credit Cardmembers on January 1, 2025. You still get your tier benefits without the card, but you won't earn points toward rewards. Here are the tiers of the program:

J.Crew calculates your tier spending after promotions and discounts have been applied, but before taxes and shipping costs. Cardmembers get an automatic jump to Navy status, which allows you to skip the $500 annual spending requirement.
J.Crew Credit Card
If you shop at J.Crew regularly, the credit card is the only way you can earn points on your purchases. Choose between the J.Crew Credit Card, which is only valid at J.Crew and J.Crew Factory, and the J.Crew Mastercard, which can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted. There's no annual fee for either option. You'll get 20% off your first purchase, plus automatic Navy Access in J.Crew Passport, which normally requires $500 in annual spending.
How points work:
Navy Access: 2 points per $1 spent at J.Crew and J.Crew Factory (5% back in rewards)
