Return policy
Skip the return shipping fee by bringing items back in person. In-store returns at The Container Store are 100% free with no time limit, as long as the item is unused. If you return an item by mail, the return shipping cost might be deducted from your refund. In most cases, the fee can range from $7 to $10. If a store is within 20 miles of you, driving it back almost always beats mailing it, even after gas.
With your original receipt, you have 120 days to exchange or refund your purchase to your original payment method.
Lost your receipt? The staff will try to locate transactions paid using credit cards. However, if they can't, you're stuck with a Merchandise Credit card. Snap a photo of every receipt at checkout so your money never gets locked in.
