Replacements Promo Codes in October 2026

Yes, you get free standard shipping on orders over $99. Below that, a flat $12.99 fee applies, so it often pays to add one more piece and cross the minimum spend requirement.

Shipping fees add up fast when you order pieces one at a time. The smarter play is to group your items into a single order over $99 so standard shipping is free. Already past the threshold? Stack a promo code on top for even more savings. Just double-check that your total still sits above $99 after the code applies, since dropping below the line brings the shipping fee back.

A couple of things can block the free shipping deal. Oversized items and bulk orders of 30 pieces or more do not qualify.

Standard shipping takes about 10 to 14 business days. Need your pieces sooner? Pick expedited shipping for an extra cost that starts at $52.99.

A matching set usually costs less per piece than buying items one at a time. When you need to replace several pieces, bundling them into one set order brings down the average price per item.

Here is the math. Five plates bought on their own at $18 each run $90. A boxed set often drops the per-plate price, so you pay less for the same five pieces.

To find a set, click your tableware category in the top banner, then look under the "Not to be Missed" navigation menu to see the sets on offer.

This works best when you need three or more matching pieces. Buying a single replacement is fine on its own, but grouping several into one set order is where the real savings kick in.

The program is a free sign-up that unlocks a special discount, early sale access, and flexible payment terms for professional buyers. It is built for interior designers, stylists, and hospitality buyers who source from the 450,000-plus patterns in stock.

The discount is not the same for every item. Once you sign up and get approved, you unlock the discount tied to your account, so the savings show up after you join.

The rest of the value comes from timing and cash flow. Early sale alerts let you lock in discounted pieces before popular patterns sell out. Plus, flexible payment terms let you spread the cost of a large order instead of paying all at once.

This pays off when you buy for clients or place large orders often. A one-time shopper will not get much from it, but anyone sourcing tableware for work gets real value out of the free membership. To join, fill out the designer program form or email [email protected].
