Select Blinds doesn't refund cash on custom orders. Every claim ends in a repair, remake, or exchange, and timing decides who pays.
Inspect your blinds the day they arrive. Factory mistakes reported within 90 days are covered 100% under the Satisfaction Guarantee, shipping included. Wait longer and the three-year limited warranty takes over. Parts and remakes are still free, but you'll pay a flat $15 shipping fee. Catching issues early is the easiest cost to avoid.
