Steelcase Promo Codes & Offers in October 2026

Steelcase's free shipping has no order minimum; instead, it's based on package weight.

According to their Shipping + Delivery page this year, orders under 150 lbs ship free via FedEx Ground regardless of your order total. However, this is only for addresses within the contiguous U.S.

For furniture shoppers, it's worth noting that large or heavy pieces will almost always exceed the weight limit. Once you're over the limit, delivery is charged at 15% of your order subtotal, with a $99 minimum fee and a $299 maximum fee. For example, on an order of $900, you'll be charged an extra $135 for shipping. Since the fees will add a significant amount to your order, check the item's weight first before you choose to buy anything.

Yes, Steelcase runs sales throughout the year. Here are four confirmed sales from this year that we received from their promotional emails:

• Labor Day sale gave shoppers a promo code for 20% off select ergonomic seating, standing desks, storage, and more.

• Summer sale in early July gave shoppers up to 20% off sitewide.

• Memorial Day sale gave up to 25% off storewide.

• Anniversary sale in mid-March gave shoppers 15% off ergonomic chairs.

Since sale timing tends to repeat annually, shoppers can watch for similar windows next year. To not miss out on upcoming sales, we recommend signing up for their email newsletter.
