When the warranty matters
If a product fails due to a defect, they will repair or replace it, which can save you the full cost of buying a new one. The catch is, you have to cover the return shipping cost. Make sure to factor that into your decision before filing a claim. Coverage length depends on the product category:
Hard cases come with a limited lifetime warranty.
Hard and soft-sided coolers are covered for one year.
Ultra-light coolers and bags are covered for one year.
Day coolers, drinkware, and accessories for 90 days.
The warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or issues from misuse. That means a dented cooler from a drop or a scratched tumbler from daily use won't qualify for replacement.
