60-day return policy
Magpul accepts returns within 60 days, but only on unused items in their original packaging, and only when you request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from customer service first. Returns shipped without an RMA may be rejected.
After the warehouse receives and inspects your return, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Allow one to two billing cycles for it to post.
Since a fit or compatibility mistake can end up costing more, we recommend taking note of the policy before making any purchases. Firearm accessories are easy to order incorrectly, such as a Commercial-Spec stock instead of Mil-Spec. Check the details properly before mounting or field testing the gear. This way, you can still return it for a full refund and reorder the correct part.
For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, they will refund the full price, including tax and shipping. In some situations, they might even provide you with a replacement.
