Yes, returns are free on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Custom, personalized, and engraved items can't be returned.

To start a return, go to the returns portal on the Rawlings website. Enter your order number and ZIP code, then print your prepaid return label. No return authorization number is needed.

Refunds go back to your original method of payment for the purchase price and any applicable taxes. Original shipping charges are not refunded. You can return gifts, but the refund will go back to the original buyer's payment method.

For bat returns, contact the appropriate brand's warranty department or email [email protected]. Wood bats are not covered under warranty unless otherwise noted.

Most Rawlings products include a limited warranty. Length of coverage varies by product type:

• Aluminum and composite bats, fielding gloves, protective gear, helmets, bases, home plates, pitching rubbers, Tanner Tees, footballs, and basketballs: 1 year

• Baseballs, softballs, and bags: 90 days

• Batting gloves, sliding mitts, and clothing and apparel: 60 days

Rawlings' warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, altered products, counterfeit items, or products bought from unauthorized sellers.

Wood bats don't come with a warranty unless otherwise noted. Aluminum and composite bats are limited to one replacement per original purchaser.
