Understanding their return policy
We dug into Fit2Run's fine print so you do not have to. You have 30 days from your purchase date to send back most new items for a full refund to your original payment. The catch is that the item must be unworn, unwashed, and still have its tags. Our team found one perk worth flagging. If you pay for the F2R Club Membership, you get a 45-Day Wear Test instead. You can actually run in the shoes for up to 45 days and swap them for a new pair or store credit if they do not work out.
Before you start a return, we want you to know that Fit2Run does not pay for return shipping, so the cost is on you. You also have to put the shoebox inside a bigger shipping box. If you tape up the shoebox and ship it as-is, your return will be rejected. That's why we recommend the in-store route if you can swing it. Just bring the item and your receipt to any Fit2Run shop. The staff can refund you on the spot, swap sizes, and save you the return shipping fee. To return by mail, contact their customer service first. Then pack the item with your receipt or a note listing your Order ID, name, phone, email, and address, and ship it to their return center.
