Understand the 30-day return policy
The return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of delivery if your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations. Returns include a non-refundable shipping charge of $250 and a 10% processing fee. Once the product ships, these fees apply, and orders cannot be canceled without incurring costs. Completed services are also non-refundable.
We remind you to ensure all products are returned in good condition, with paperwork, parts, and accessories, to avoid an additional 10% charge. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment within 30 days of receiving your returned product. To request a return, go to the iFIT returns page.
