Nomad’s return policy
Nomad gives you 30 days to send back an item for a refund. However, refunds have a $5 fee, and your original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Your return is eligible as long as the item is unused and still in the original box with all accessories. Customized or used items cannot be returned. If you received the wrong item or want to return or exchange a damaged or defective product, contact [email protected].
Other than a refund, you can also choose to receive store credit or exchange the item. Returns for store credit or exchange are fee-free, but you’re locked in to purchasing another Nomad product.
