Swapping for a new size or color is free, so trade instead of returning when you can. A refund return costs a flat $4.95 shipping fee that gets pulled from your refund, while exchanges cost you nothing. If a shirt runs small or you want a different color, swap it and hold onto the full value you paid.
You get 60 days from your order to send something back. Items need to be unworn, unused, and in good shape. Refunds cover the product value only and go back to your original payment method about five to seven business days after Life is Good gets your package.
